Scott Maddison offer a full service to Landlords on the basis of either a "Tenant Finding option" or "Full management service". Details of our fees are available on request.

All tenancies will be subject to full references being take out prior to contact and all deposits held will be under the terms of a Government approved tenants deposit protection scheme.

All tenancies offered will be on the basis of an Assured Shorthold tenancy under Part 1 of The Housing Act 1988 (as amended by the Housing Act 1996 and 2004). The initial tenancy terms will normally be 6 months or 12 months.
